MC Latam guarantees that this product will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of ONE (1) year from the date of purchase.
The authorized Magic Chef dealer has the authority to exchange a defective product during the warranty period.
This warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser and will start from the day of purchase. It is not transferable.
MC Latam is exempt from making this guarantee effective only in the following cases:
Applicable for Central America, South America and the Caribbean:
a. When the product has been used under conditions other than normal.
b. When the product has not been operated in accordance with the accompanying User Manual.
c. When the product has been altered or repaired by persons not authorized by the respective responsible importer or marketer.
d. Use in wrong voltage or current, or power failure.
e. Normal wear and tear of parts and pieces due to use.
F. Damage caused by transport or manipulation of the appliance.
g. Industrial or commercial use of the device.
h. Damage caused by natural disasters, fire, insects or animals inside the item.
i. Damages caused by: liquid spillage, contact with water or rain, excessive humidity or abundant perspiration, accidents or negligence such as bumps or falls on hard surfaces, use not considered normal, contact with salt, sand, dust or the like, and contact with excessive heat sources.
Conditions to make the manufacturing warranty effective:
1. If your unit presents any damage, it must be presented immediately at the point of sale where you purchased the item during the established public service hours.
